Developing the World?s First Portable Medical Robot for Autonomous Venipuncture [Industrial Activities]

ABSTRACT:

Within the past decade, robotic technology has slowly made its push into the medical field. Advanced surgical robots, in specific, have become technological icons in these days's hospitals. However, the employment of robotics for everyday medication remains a significant challenge because of the value and size of current systems - the da Vinci Surgical System, for example, can value several million greenbacks and needs a zealous operating room. Discusses the work done by VascuLogic to commercialize imaging and robotic technologies designed specifically for compact, portable, and low-price medical devices.
