PROJECT TITLE :

Feedback Fusion for LFNCR in Wireless Broadcasting With Massive Receivers

ABSTRACT:

This letter proposes a novel feedback mechanism i.e., feedback fusion, for limited feedback primarily based network coding retransmission (LFNCR) theme in wireless broadcasting with massive receivers. With feedback fusion, each receiver transmits feedback message upon one in all the limited number of feedback time slots. When multiple receivers happen to transmit feedback messages in a same time slot, packets collision occur. Rather than scheduling feedback retransmission, packets collision is thought to be feedback fusion and average signal strength of each time slot is detected to facilitate retransmission packets design. Simulation results show that LFNCR with feedback fusion solely requires very few channel occupation and important robustness might be achieved below imperfect feedback condition.
