A Novel Three-Phase Buck–Boost AC–DC Converter PROJECT TITLE : A Novel Three-Phase Buck–Boost AC–DC Converter (2014) ABSTRACT : A simple, low-cost, reduced-switch, three-phase ac-dc buck-boost converter is proposed in this paper. The converter can operate with input power factor correction and is suitable for applications where a converter needs to operate over a wide range of input ac voltages and/or produce a wide range of output dc voltages. In the paper, the converter's operation is explained in detail and its feasibility is confirmed by experimental results obtained from a prototype converter. Did you like this research project?
