Distributed-Relay Beamforming for Secrecy Energy Efficiency With Coordinated Eavesdroppers - 2018

ABSTRACT:

This letter proposes a secure and energy efficient beamforming theme for a distributed amplify-and-forward relay network against multiple coordinated eavesdroppers. Specifically, an optimization downside is formulated to maximise the secrecy energy potency (SEE), outlined because the ratio of secrecy rate (SR) to total power consumption, subject to the target SR and each total and individual relay transmit power constraints. Due to the problem in solving this drawback arisen from the non-convexity of fractional form of SEE and logarithmic subtraction of SR, we have a tendency to initial adopt the Dinkelbach's methodology to handle the initial downside by iteratively solving a sequence of parametric problems. Then, by jointly applying the penalty operate approach and the difference of convex functions programming, we tend to convert the parametric drawback into a convex one which will be any approximated as a second order cone programming downside to scale back the computational complexity. Finally, we have a tendency to propose an iterative algorithm to find the close to-optimal answer. Numerical results demonstrating the effectiveness of the proposed theme and its advantage over the traditional approaches are provided.
