PROJECT TITLE :

Research on the Lighting Performance of LED Street Lights With Different Color Temperatures

ABSTRACT:

Whereas light-emitting diodes (LEDs) are a very economical lighting possibility, whether or not phosphor-coated LEDs (LAPTOP-LEDs) are suitable for street lighting remains to be tested. Correlated color temperature (CCT), mesopic vision illuminance, dark adaption, color perception, fog penetration, and skyglow pollution are vital factors that verify a light-weight's suitability for street lighting. In this paper, we have closely examined the lighting performance of LED street lights with totally different color temperatures and located that low-color-temperature (around 300zero K) PC-LEDs are additional appropriate for street lighting.
