Design and simulation of single layered Logic Generator Block using Quantum Dot Cellular Automata - 2015

ABSTRACT:

Quantum Dot Cellular Automata has attracted a lot of attention because of its extraordinarily tiny feature size and ultra low power consumption. It is a doable various for transistor primarily based technology. This project presents the Single Layered style and construction of Logic Generator Block which generates the logic of varied devices like 1-Bit comparator, 1- Bit [*fr1] Adder, one-Bit Half Subtractor, AND gate, XOR gate, NOR gate and XNOR gate. Proposed style is price effective and simple to fabricate due to absence of wire crossings. This block will be created a lot of efficient by using control lines. Depending on individual worth on control line, logic of individual device will be generated. QCADesigner two.0.three tool is used for design and simulation of Logic Generator Block.
