Maximum Voltage Levels and Minimum DC Sources in a New Multilevel Inverter Topology

PROJECT TITLE :

A New Multilevel Inverter Topology with Maximum Voltage Levels and Minimum DC Sources

ABSTRACT:

For consumers, renewable energy options provide both environmentally friendly and economical electricity. As a result, multilevel inverters are ideal for converting energy from renewable sources like photovoltaic systems to deliver efficient power to the loads. For multilayer inverters, a new dc source less topology is presented in this study. Crossover switches are employed to obtain the highest possible output voltage levels from the amplifier. Multilevel inverters like the Crossover Switches Cell (CSC) are capable of producing any voltage level between the regulated DC voltage capacitor and the DC power source. Voltage regulators have been proposed for DC capacitors to maintain the voltage stable in the event of a change in load. The simulation results show that the CSC is capable of delivering maximum voltage levels and that the controller is capable of managing the capacitor voltage even if the DC source voltage fluctuates.
