ABSTRACT:

Recently, based on the Paillier cryptosystem [1], Yi et al. [two] proposed a distributed ElGamal cryptosystem that allows for each a abundant easier distributed key generation procedure and distributed decryption of messages from a massive plaintext domain. In this paper, we tend to analyze the safety of their proposed variant of ElGamal encryption theme and demonstrate that their construction isn't secure as claimed.
