ABSTRACT:

Imagine you?re in an exceedingly rural health clinic in an exceedingly Kenyan village. A child comes in with a fever. It might be any one of a number of life-threatening infectious diseases. There?s no refrigeration, no access to classy laboratory equipment, and no highly trained personnel. How does one go concerning diagnosing and treating this kid?
