Tradeoffs Between Transmission Intervals and Delays for Decentralized Networked Control Systems Based on a Gain Assignment Approach

PROJECT TITLE :

Tradeoffs Between Transmission Intervals and Delays for Decentralized Networked Control Systems Based on a Gain Assignment Approach

ABSTRACT:

This transient investigates the stability problem of interconnected networked management systems in which there are various local networks, and every network is independent of the others. Many transmission imperfections, as well as variable transmission intervals, variable transmission delays, and communication constraints, are permitted by each native network. A gain assignment criterion is proposed to assign the gain closely related to the most allowable transmission interval (MATI) and most allowable delay (MAD) of every local network. Moreover, the tradeoffs between the MATI and MAD of each native network will be computed by solving a series of differential equations with the acquired gains. Finally, a commonly used example is given to show the development of the obtained results over the prevailing literature.
