On the Improvement of Angular Stability of the 2nd-Order Miniaturized FSS Structure PROJECT TITLE :On the Improvement of Angular Stability of the 2nd-Order Miniaturized FSS StructureABSTRACT:To enhance the angular stability of 2nd-order bandpass miniaturized frequency selective surface (MFSS), consisting of metal patch and wire frame layers and supporting dielectrics, the authors proposed a replacement arrangement of patch and wire frame layers. The look of the robust captive coupling between the perimeters of the patch and wire frame stabilizes the resonating frequency via completely different incident directions. It's demonstrated that the proposed MFSS arrangement works well with the classic outer dielectric bonding technique, which stabilizes the flat-high filtering properties of the 2nd-order MFSS via different incident directions, however does not facilitate much in limiting resonating frequency shifts. Thus, the proposed modification will be a very effective methodology of coming up with 2nd-order bandpass MFSS with angular stability necessities. Did you like this research project?
