FPCB Micromirror-Based Laser Projection Availability Indicator PROJECT TITLE :FPCB Micromirror-Based Laser Projection Availability IndicatorABSTRACT:This paper presents a versatile printed circuit board (FPCB) actuator-driven micromirror (referred to as FPCB micromirror hereafter)-primarily based laser projection indicator. The device integrates 2 FPCB micromirrors, one red laser, one green laser, a dichroic laser combiner, and driving/management circuit. It generates and comes red or inexperienced static or rotating laser pattern on an overseas translucent film to point availability, that well solves the wiring downside related to traditional availability indicators. The FPCB micromirror consists of an FPCB electrostatic rotation parallel plate actuator with a silicon mirror plate bonded on its top. The FPCB micromirror is of a lot of lower price with much higher surface quality and bigger aperture than conventional microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) micromirrors. The model of controlling the FPCB micromirrors to get a rotating ellipse is derived and the prototype is fabricated and tested. Did you like this research project?
