Load balancing among application layer peer-to-peer (P2P) networks is critical for its effectiveness but, are thought of to be the most vital development for next-generation web infrastructure. Most structured P2P systems rely on ID-house partitioning schemes to unravel the load imbalance downside and are known to result in an imbalance issue of ?
