Improving Students With Rubric-Based Self-Assessment and Oral Feedback PROJECT TITLE : Improving Students With Rubric-Based Self-Assessment and Oral Feedback ABSTRACT : Rubrics and oral feedback are approaches to help students improve performance and meet learning outcomes. However, their effect on the actual improvement achieved is inconclusive. This paper evaluates the result of rubrics and oral feedback on student learning outcomes. An experiment was conducted during a software engineering course on necessities engineering, using the 2 approaches in course assignments. Each approaches led to statistically vital improvements, though no material improvement (i.e., a modification by more than one grade) was achieved. The rubrics led to a vital decrease in the quantity of complaints and queries concerning grades. Did you like this research project? To get this research project Guidelines, Training and Code...
