Single Channel Self-Mixing Interferometer Measures Simultaneously Displacement and Tilt and Yaw Angles of a Reflective Target PROJECT TITLE :Single Channel Self-Mixing Interferometer Measures Simultaneously Displacement and Tilt and Yaw Angles of a Reflective TargetABSTRACT:We tend to show that a self-mixing interferometer will supply not only to the standard optical-phase signal cos 2ks( $t$ ) of the external reflector displacement $s(t)$ , however also the perspective signal $P(a$ ) as a result of of the dependence of power from the angle a between wavevector k and traditional n to the target reflective surface. By proper interrogation of $P(a$ ) along two orthogonal elements of tilt and yaw, the 2 angles can be measured simultaneously, together with the displacement, in an exceedingly single self-mixing interferometer channel implemented by one-laser diode and monitor photodiode combination.
