By excavating the comment data of the online products, the real demand of the purchasers can be obtained, but it will not reflect the variations among the necessities. During this Project, we return up with the ideal to mix the Data Mining technology with the Kano model, 1st we tend to discover the feature theme of the product by establishing the comment mining model, and analysis the sentiment of the comment through Machine Learning to accumulate the parameters of Kano model like the initial importance. Finally obtain the important demand of multiple customers along with the burden of demand. Although we have a tendency to take research on portable product on the.Net market to proved its feasibility and effectiveness.
