Design of a Band-Stop Filter for a Space Shuttle Vehicle


Due to the structural coupling of a house shuttle vehicle, the selection of a suitable controller gain has been a tough task. But, this task is very critical because it will affect the performance of the controller. In this temporary, a band-stop filter is built by using a combined network of an occasional-pass filter and a high-pass filter. On this basis, digital processing is applied using bilinear transformation and predistorted processing. To solve the parameters of the filter, a frequency-domain technique and an optimization methodology are applied. The designed filter will effectively reduce the structural coupling, with broaden the margin for the regulation of the management law.
