Process Variation and Pelgrom's Law [Circuit Intuitions]


The past three articles were connected to the little-signal operation of MOS circuits. In this article, we have a tendency to step back and have a look at dc operation of a simple current mirror and how the method variation will affect the accuracy of the currents made.
