On the Modeling and Analysis of Heterogeneous Radio Access Networks Using a Poisson Cluster Process
Future mobile networks are visualized as networks that include more than one sort of base station to deal with rising user demands. Such networks are referred to as heterogeneous networks. There have been varied makes an attempt at modeling and optimization of such networks using spatial purpose processes, a number of which are alluded to (later) during this paper. We model a heterogeneous network consisting of 2 varieties of base stations by using a specific Poisson cluster process model. The main contributions are two-fold. 1st, a whole description of the interference in heterogeneous networks comes in the form of its Laplace purposeful. Second, using an asymptotic convergence result that was shown in our previous work, we have a tendency to derive the expressions for the mean and variance of the distribution to which the interference converges. The utility of this framework is mentioned for each the contributions.
