In this paper, we show that an unsure departure time considerably changes the analysis in optimizing the charging schedule of electrical vehicles (EVs). We have a tendency to additionally get a closed-type resolution for the stochastic optimization drawback that's formulated to schedule charging of EVs with unsure departure times in presence of hourly time-of-use pricing tariffs.
