Moving camera analytics: Emerging scenarios, challenges, and applications
In recent years, additional than one billion cameras are actively used on moving platforms, and various video analytics applications for moving cameras are rising in various areas. Each of those applications can generate terribly massive datasets to research. In this paper, we gift practical approaches to handle and summarize the video content from moving cameras and use the appliance of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) for instance.
