PROJECT TITLE :

Dual-band bandpass filter based on a single triple-mode ring resonator

ABSTRACT:

A unique twin-band bandpass filter (BPF) based on one triple-mode ring resonator is proposed. The proposed BPF might give three transmission poles for every passband to boost operating bandwidth. Meanwhile, seven transmission zeros are achieved at the stopband to enhance the selectivity. The proposed twin-band BPF was designed, fabricated and tested. The measured results are in smart agreement with the simulated values.
