Broadband and compact LTCC power divider


A broadband and compact low-temperature co-fired ceramic Wilkinson power divider is proposed with a fractional bandwidth of one hundred eightypercent using stacked multi-section structure. The size of the proposed multilayered power divider is solely four mm × four mm × 1.thirty three mm with a significant size reduction of eighty four.six% compared with an equivalent planar one. Measured S1one, S21, S22 and S23 of the proposed power divider are better than −15, −4.three, −sixteen and −seventeen dB from two to thirty eight GHz, respectively. Furthermore, performance comparison with identical planar one is also mentioned.
