Hierarchical balancing approach for frequency-weighted model reduction

ABSTRACT:

A frequency-weighted balancing related model order reduction technique is proposed that provides stable reduced-order models for the case when each input and output weightings are included. The reduced-order models are realisation independent. Comparison with different frequency-weighted balancing connected model order reduction techniques reveals the superiority of the proposed theme.
