Design of GMR-based narrow bandpass filters using improved shuffled frog leaping algorithm

ABSTRACT:

A narrowband, guided-mode resonance (GMR)-based mostly, bandpass filter is intended using one of the powerful types of memetic algorithms called the improved shuffled frog leaping algorithm. A high-quality filter with robust performance with a SOI structure is designed with a transmittance of >ninety nine.vip.c at 10.six μm wavelength. The proposed optimisation/style technique is very powerful and is able to optimise complex structures with desired optical responses.
