ABSTRACT:

A good-field pseudo-heterodyne interference contrast microscope is described, which employs a complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) phase-sensitive camera. The use of multiple wells within the camera permits extraordinarily speedy measurement of a full part field at high resolution and the modulation frequency isn't limited by the camera frame rate. The high knowledge acquisition frequency permits the results of microphonics to be frozen to mitigate the result of low-frequency disturbance.
