PROJECT TITLE :

In-band clock distribution using signal phase for channel identifiable clock recovery in optical time-division multiplexing

ABSTRACT :

The use of signal section is proposed for in-band clock distribution in on-off-keying optical time division multiplexing (OTDM) to grasp strong clock recovery and channel identification. A stable 43 GHz clock recovery from a 215 Gbit/s OTDM signal and demultiplexing to 43 Gbit/s signals have been successfully demonstrated.
