SOI modal dispersion using Mach-Zehnder interferometer for mode-division multiplexing

Recently mode division multiplexing has emerged to improve is transmission capacity and spectral efficiency. Interferometry is then utilised to demonstrate the intermodal cluster delay and intramodal dispersion simultaneously on silicon-on-insulator waveguides for prime-speed applications.
