Intensity correction method based on maximum likelihood estimation

A method for image correction is proposed under illumination amendment. The intensity changes can be modelled as an additive factor and a multiplicative issue relating current image to reference image. The parameters are estimated based on most probability estimation. For motion compensation, the method of outlier detection is performed. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed technique is efficient and accurate.
