Blocker cancelling LNA with integrated bandpass feedback stage


A CMOS wideband low-noise amplifier (LNA) with an integrated bandpass feedback stage for achieving blocker cancellation is described. The proposed blocker cancellation technique involves the employment of an integrated tunable bandpass feedback stage to produce a notch for the blocker, eliminating the necessity for an off-chip SAW filter. The prototype LNA is fabricated in an exceedingly zero.13 μm CMOS process. The LNA with the bandpass feedback stage achieves a blocker rejection of thirty seven dB, and it draws a current of mA from a 1.a pair of V power supply.
