ABSTRACT:

An improved cut-off frequency model of a modified equivalent circuit of graphene field-result transistors, which incorporates the extra capacitive effect physically gift thanks to dipole layer between the metal and also the graphene, is proposed. The original equivalent circuit isn't correct for a massive separation distance dipole layer.
