ZoomOut: Analyzing Multiple Networks as Single Nodes


We have a tendency to have developed ZoomOut internet server so as to produce the research community with a tool for analysis, visualization and clustering of networks as a brilliant network, based on their calculated feature properties. Specifically, the user interface is divided into three main sections: the Workspace, the Networks Feature Calculations and therefore the Clustering Networks section. Within the Workspace section, users can upload and manage multiple networks for additional processing. Within the Networks Feature Calculations section, a variety of network properties are calculated as features for every uploaded network. Within the Clustering Networks section, users are able to apply clustering by selecting from the list of previously calculated options. All processed networks will conjointly be visualized as an excellent interactive network, were interconnections among networks are based mostly on the calculated clustering distances.
