Optimal Threshold Policy for In-Home Smart Grid with Renewable Generation Integration
In-home Good Grid (SG), the mixing of Renewable Power Systems (RPSs) with Conventional Power Systems (CPSs), requires cost-effective management for the electricity usages of finish users’ household appliances. During this paper, by taking the charging method of RPSs and multiple sorts of household appliances in to consideration, we have developed analytical models to characterize the electricity price within the in-home good grid. Based mostly on these models, we tend to formulate the electricity value minimization drawback as a finite-horizon continuous-time Markov call process (CTMDP), from that we get a threshold policy to minimize the price. Numerical results show that the brink policy will manage the electricity usage very effectively.
