PROJECT TITLE :

A Contact-Resistive Random-Access-Memory-Based True Random Number Generator

ABSTRACT :

A new sort of true random number generator, primarily based on the random telegraph noise of a contact-resistive random access memory device, is proposed during this letter. The random-variety generator consists of solely a straightforward bias circuit and a comparator, resulting in little circuit area and low power consumption. By realizing this generator by the 65-nm complementary metal–oxide–semiconductor logic method, the occupied space will be as low as forty five $muhboxm^2$, demonstrating substantial saving in the circuit space.
