ABSTRACT:

A special issue of the IEEE Transactions on Dielectrics and Electrical Insulation is being planned on Partial Discharges (PD) Detection, Measurement, and Interpretation for publication within the February 2017 issue. Authors wishing to hve their papers considered for publication should submit their manuscripts to the IEEE Transaction on Dielectrics and Electrical Insulation internet portal (jttp://www.cloznet.com/ieeetdei).
