A Strong Binding Encryption Scheme from Lattices for Secret Broadcast


In 2009, Jeong et al. instructed a secret broadcast scheme in broadcasting networks using binding encryption. With a binding encryption theme, a ciphertext is created for a group of receivers, and we can assure that each one of the receivers can extract the exact same plaintext from the ciphertext. But, Wu et al. known that Jeong et al.'s binding encryption theme provides solely weak decryption consistency. In this paper, we tend to recommend a binding encryption theme that has robust decryption consistency without random oracles. Our binding encryption scheme uses the unique properties of lattices to produce robust decryption consistency.
