PROJECT TITLE :

On the Capacity of the Block-Memoryless Phase-Noise Channel

ABSTRACT:

Bounds are presented on the capability of the block-memoryless part-noise channel. The bounds capture the first two terms in the asymptotic expansion of capacity for SNR visiting infinity and flip out to be tight for a giant range of SNR values of sensible interest. Through these bounds, the capability dependency on the coherence time of the part-noise method is determined.
