Two major challenges in networked management systems are the time-varying networked-induced delays and also the packet losses. To alleviate these issues, this study presents a completely unique fuzzy sliding mode controller, where a fuzzy system is employed to estimate the nonlinear dynamical system online, and therefore the networked-induced delay is handled by Pade approximation. The matter of packet losses is handled by viewing them as massive time-varying delays within the system. The sliding mode-primarily based style procedure used ensures the soundness and therefore the robustness of the proposed controller in the presence of disturbances and time-varying networked-induced time delays.
