Free-Space Antenna Pattern Retrieval in Nonideal Reverberation Chambers


Free-house antenna radiation pattern estimation from intensity measurements created in reverberating environments has been investigated by several authors. We have a tendency to extend our previous analysis of a straightforward directivity estimator applicable to the case where the antenna below check (and therefore the measuring probe) is found in a perfect reverberation chamber, where the reverberation-field components are Gaussian distributed and uncorrelated to a additional realistic reverberation chamber model, where the sector statistics deviate from the best ones.
