ActiveTrust Secure and Trustable Routing in Wireless Sensor Network - 2016 PROJECT TITLE: ActiveTrust Secure and Trustable Routing in Wireless Sensor Network - 2016 ABSTRACT: Wireless sensor networks (WSNs) are increasingly being deployed in security-essential applications. Because of their inherent resource-constrained characteristics, they are liable to various security attacks, and a black hole attack may be a kind of attack that seriously affects data assortment. To conquer that challenge, a full of life detection-based security and trust routing theme named ActiveTrust is proposed for WSNs. The most significant innovation of ActiveTrust is that it avoids black holes through the active creation of a number of detection routes to quickly detect and get nodal trust and thus improve the info route security. More importantly, the generation and also the distribution of detection routes are given in the ActiveTrust theme, that can absolutely use the energy in non-hotspots to create as many detection routes as required to achieve the specified security and energy efficiency. Both comprehensive theoretical analysis and experimental results indicate that the performance of the ActiveTrust theme is better than that of the previous studies. ActiveTrust will considerably improve the data route success likelihood and ability against black hole attacks and will optimize network lifetime. Did you like this research project?
